1:30-4:00 Women's Yoga specific 

Arati Lane will break down Yoga asana specifically for women, sharing the use of different postures throughout all the phases of her life. She will explore the inner dynamics of women's health as it relates to yoga philosophy and the practice of Yoga. These two afternoons will be a general introduction into prenatal and postpartum yoga instruction; as well as shedding light on the simple and effective ways to facilitate hormonal balance and support throughout a healthy women's cycle.

Teacher: Tahirih Linz


Tahirih will be Teaching the Yoga & Nutrition Curriculum as well as an Introduction To Meditation Technique 

Her topics include mindful food choices as well as her love of meditation, intuition and internal guidance practices. All meant to allow us to tap into the Guru within. She will also briefly touch on Ayurvedic eating.
