Will be teaching the 8 Limbs Of Yoga for our Healing Touch Vinyasa Curriculum
Jeanne has a natural ability to simplify Yoga Knowledge . She has developed this workshop to demystify the 8 paths of yoga into a logical way for the Yogi practitioner so that they may incorporate them into their life. These eight steps of yoga reveal a pathway that supports wellbeing on multiple levels; physical, ethical, emotional, and psychological. Practicing these Limbs of Yoga can bring in a natural state of total health and integration. This 8 Limbs Of Yoga Workshop will be open to the general public as well as included in HTV Teacher Training.

Will be teaching Aerial Yoga for our ealing Touch vinyasa Curriculum
Sharing her amazing knowledge and creativity within the Silks. Aeriel Yoga is "Flying Yoga" and takes the Asana experience into a whole new realm. When off the ground in the Hammock, Yoga becomes an exploration in finding that essence of core strength and power, which can awaken true awareness of the "energy locks" that are vital to a floor practice.

Partner Yoga Workshop
A playful sequence of Partner Asana. Working with a partner we will explore deeper expressions of our classic yoga poses, finding support both in strengthening and lengthening. The benefits of partnering up to practice are many. After building trust and confidence we will practice a bit of Acro Yoga.
During the last hour we discover the gem of partnering up; the ability to surrender completely in absolute trust with your partner. What comes up when we are the flyer or the base (the one on the ground)? Hesitation, insecurity and fear.
