The 1000 Breath Challenge inspires people to control their state of being by consciously connecting and counting their breath 1000 times. The intention of the Challenge is designed to set you free, to raise your vibration to a state of clarity and intuition and knowing. This introductory workshop is another step into the world of Breathwork, our personal power and creativity.
This workshop is an organic look at the simplicity and mysticism of our breath. We will open with a very short talk and instruction, then breathe and conclude sharing our experience. By the end of this workshop you will know that this practice has an enormous potential. That it can be done anytime and anywhere once you have learned and practiced the technique.
