Why start at the feet?
The massage usually starts with the feet; the feet have nerve endings and reflex points that influence the entire body.
One leg at a Time
The masculine energy frequency in Yoga philosophy is Shiva which is the active power of forming the universe as opposed to the opposite Shakti which maintains dominion over the universe.
Palming and thumbing
Have your partner sit comfortably. Palm press the soft area (for some people this won’t be very soft) of the shoulders, between the collarbones and the scapulae. Then thumb press in the same area with slow, sensitive and steady press hold for a few seconds each time.
Move your partner’s head forward then lightly tap the head with your fingers or very loose fists. This exercise removes excess energy from the head, refreshes the brain and brings clarity to the mind.
Hero stretch (Supta Virasana)
Grasp both of the feet at the tops of the feet and push the heels towards the buttocks. This gives a great stretch to the feet, ankles, thighs and lower back. Repeat 2-3 times.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE?
The Breath to Success course was designed for busy people! Every element of the Breath to Success membership - and the materials within it - will fit with your busy daily life in mind. You need only spend about 60 minutes a week absorbing these bite-sized, easy to consume lessons.
Even more important is that the material and learning environment is so engaging and powerful that you could experience real shifts as early as the first day, first week of practice or even in just 15 minutes of meditation.
How much does it cost?
The Breath to Success membership costs $27 a month and gives you access to all materials, old and new. Weekly resources (videos, podcasts, exercises, discussions) are added on the platform and Facebook Group.
Why is this group closed now?
Each group entering the membership site requires Tah's full attention and dedication. Thus, we open small batches of spots 3-4 times a year. This makes so the group interaction is personable and ultimately allows for a better connection for everyone.
