Yoga as an instrument

Learn to use Yoga as an instrument to awaken your intuition and develop self-assured, confident and hands-on healing knowledge. Explore and understand how yoga becomes the catalyst for profound change for yourself and your clients.

Why our training is different

The human design aspect of our yoga teacher training makes it one of a kind. It is an unique and attractive attribute. Knowing thyself helps you be a better teacher - and human. Tah gives everybody a human design reading at the beginning of the course so they and her both know what their design is about.

Another aspect of the yoga teacher training that makes it unique is the incorporation of the Thai massage. Throughout her yoga teacher training, Tah believes it’s important for each student to also experience inner healing to be a better teacher.

This training is not for those who just need to be yoga teacher certified. This is for those who definitely want to work on themselves and learn how to teach. This is a vulnerable training that is not for the faint of heart.
