From My Heart to Yours…

The biggest shift for me in recent years has been discovering the beauty of non-doing. It's not about giving up or checking out. It's about softening my grip, trusting a little more, listening a little more, and resting in the quiet knowing that I don't have to earn my worth or chase a life that's already here. Beneath all the striving is a deep stillness, and the more often I return to it, the more naturally life seems to unfold.

Hi I am Tah Groen

I know people say age doesn't matter, and I tend to agree. Still, it gives us a reference point.

So, I was born in 1968.

Not because I want to tell you how old I am, but because it makes me think about time. We ask people their age as though it tells us something important, when really it only tells us how long they've been here—not how deeply they've lived.

Sometimes I think about how many lifetimes seem to have been lived in this one body.

Imagine if we lived to be a thousand years old. Fifty would simply be the baby years. We'd probably laugh at how young we thought we were. Imagine how much we would grow, how much we'd evolve, and how differently we'd see life.

I have a deep appreciation for every one of the years I've been given—not because they've all been easy, but because they've brought me here.

I look back in deep awe and admiration of how far I've come. From a quiet, frightened little girl who often struggled to express herself, to a wild and rebellious teenager, to becoming a mother at twenty-one, navigating divorce at twenty-nine (hello, Saturn return), building a business, finding love again, and eventually creating the life I now wake up deeply grateful to live.

Life has taken me down paths I never could have imagined, and somehow they've all led to this season. A life filled with family, grandchildren, animals, creativity, conversations, gardens, photographs, yoga, writing, and the simple beauty of ordinary days.

The links I share on the homepage reflect this life. They do not indicate that I have everything figured out, but rather showcase my endless curiosity about what it means to be human—to create, to heal, to love, and to continue becoming more of who I truly am.

I hope you discover the extraordinary that quietly awaits within an ordinary life.
