Yoga heals you

Inspired by a mentor to join a class at the age of 16, she started practicing yoga as a troubled teenager. That first yoga class woke her up: the soft ease in the teacher's voice, the low light in the room and the body movements that felt amazing, all elements to set the tone for her healing journey of 20 plus years. Tah then became a human design analyst for over 10 years and now helps provide a deeper, synthesized introduction to your human design chart so you can begin the experiment of living it. 

Her Teaching Style

As a yoga teacher, she has developed a nurturing hands-on approach, a comfortable style, rich with verbal cues regarding alignment of body, mind and spirit.

Her signature Vinyasa flow class is a perfect place for the beginner and the advanced student. With emphasis on the details of asana, using body awareness, breath flow, and a soft nurturing and compassionate tone, yoga becomes an essential element to lighten and gladden your spirit.
